Smart-Leaf Y-a1 is pre-configured with Touch, providing the user with two methods of input – a fold-out keyboard and a 19” Touch Screen. With its integrated touch pad, the fold-out keyboard enables easy typing and navigation, ideal for Internet and ecommerce, online applications. For security, Smart-Leaf Y-a1 has a keyboard lock to restrict access to the keyboard.

Support Desk. The phone support time is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time, excluding holidays.
Return and Repair. Product must be returned to Originatic's facility for repair. Customer will pay for the cost of shipment of the product to Originatic, and Originatic will pay for cost of shipment of the repaired product to customer; provided, however, that for international shipments, Customer shall pay for all customs fees, clearance brokerage fees, and government-imposed duties for shipments to and from Originatic.
